Turkish Airlines joins Google’s Find Hub to let passengers share their lost bag’s live location with airline staff via a secure app-generated link.
Turkish Airlines, recognized by Guinness World Records as the airline flying to more countries than any other, has announced a partnership with Google to overhaul the way lost or delayed baggage is tracked and recovered. The collaboration brings the world’s most extensive airline network together with Android’s most advanced tracking technology.
What is Find Hub and how does it work
Find Hub is Google’s Android tracking hub, launched in 2025 to locate phones, earbuds, wallets, and tags — even when offline or out of battery. With the new integration, passengers using a compatible tracker tag can generate a secure location link directly in the app and share it with a Turkish Airlines agent.
Airline staff receive precise, real-time data that speeds up identification and return of luggage. The feature is available across more than 350 destinations in Turkish Airlines’ global network, making smarter baggage recovery possible virtually anywhere in the world.
How to share your bag’s location
The process is straightforward. Open the Find Hub app, select the missing item, and tap “share location” to generate a unique, protected URL. Send that link to an airline representative, who can then monitor the bag’s updated position in real time.
Passengers stay in full control throughout. Sharing can be stopped at any moment; the link automatically expires after seven days and deactivates as soon as the item is returned. All data is end-to-end encrypted, ensuring privacy at every step.
