On April 25, VIK reopens its doors for Vendimia 2026 in Cachapoal Valley, blending wine, fine dining and art in a four-act experience.
Named the world’s best winery by The World’s 50 Best Vineyards, VIK brings back its acclaimed harvest festival for a second edition. With limited spots available, the event invites guests to a seven-hour journey connecting winemaking mastery, local terroir and creative expression.
Taking place at the VIK Retreat in San Vicente de Tagua Tagua, tickets are now available through Wine Locals, starting at R$ 2.295. The celebration unfolds through four distinct acts that explore the culture of wine from different perspectives.
A four-act sensory journey
The first act opens among the vineyards with an immersion led by winemaker Cristián Vallejo, introducing concepts such as Barroir, Amphoir and Fleuroir — ways to connect nature, raw material and process. Wines like La Piu Belle Rosé and the celebrated VIK 2022 accompany the exploration.
The second act offers open-air tastings in the garden, featuring four labels paired with live music and creative surprises.
The third act celebrates gastronomy with a refined lunch among the vines, crafted by chefs Pablo Cáceres (VIK Chile) and Santi Inzaurralde (VIK Uruguay), highlighting regional ingredients paired with the estate’s wines.
The final act closes the day with live jazz and folk performances, an art exhibition, and a set by the DJ from La Susana, bringing the festivities to a stylish end.
