Grape stomping, crop blessing and 19 wineries fling open Brazil’s top wine valley for an epic free Vindima 2026 party this Saturday.
Saturday showcase in Historic Center
On March 28, the Historic Center of Vale dos Vinhedos at Capela das Almas – Linha 6 da Leopoldina becomes a hub of wine, food and culture. Organized by Aprovale, it welcomes locals and visitors from 11am to 11pm, with a personalized glass for R$15.
The Mercatino do Vale features local agroindustries, crafts and treats like Devorata Chocolates truffles and Forneria Rústica grissini. Wineries such as Casa Valduga and Miolo Wine Group showcase labels from Brazil’s sole Denominação de Origem terroir.
Traditions and thrills that captivate
Grape stomping at 4pm with Belle Canzone group revives Italian roots. The Crop Blessing Ceremony at 5:30pm, featuring Coral Vale dos Vinhedos, leads to the highlight: the 2026 Harvest Gratitude Ceremony with marching band and barrel opening.
On this day, Vale dos Vinhedos reveals itself fully. Wine producers, gastronomy, crafts and local culture expressions unite, showcasing a territory built on collective effort. It’s an invitation to experience the valley’s true essence.— André Larentis, Aprovale president
Workshops, music and kid zones steal the show
Workshops range from bottle straw-wrapping at 1pm to Mora game at 6pm. Main Stage rocks with Júnior Mineiro at 11am, Yellow Glass at 4:30pm and Disco Groove at 9pm. Spazio Bambini offers kids harvest adventure races and vineyard slime.
Food shines with Giordani burgers, Di Bartolomeu pizzas and Pipas Terroir risottos. Severe weather may prompt Aprovale adjustments. Hotel shuttles post-event. Details at www.festivalvaledosvinhedos.com.br.
