The Humor Contra-Ataca 2026 festival brings stand-up into a full-scale concert setting, with big-show sound and lighting at Qualistage.

This season opened on January 17 and runs through April 10, offering eight comedy nights in Barra da Tijuca.

Actress and producer Renata Castro Barbosa curates the lineup, pairing different styles and perspectives across the dates.

“This show could have been an email”: what it’s about

In “Esse show poderia ser um E-mail,” Luana Zucoloto takes aim at corporate culture with sharp, observant humor rooted in everyday work life.

On stage, she guides the crowd through four acts that mirror modern professional life, from the newbie rush to the blunt reality of office dynamics.

Meanwhile, the material turns familiar situations into laughs that also invite the audience to recognize their own workplace stories.

Opening set by Jeffinho Farias

Opening the night, Jeffinho Farias delivers urban, no-frills comedy designed to get straight to the laugh.

Blind since childhood, he channels his experience into creative force, without inspirational speeches or asking for sympathy.

Politically incorrect, ironic, and direct, he builds jokes from social friction and daily observation, with Rio’s rhythm present in his delivery and improv.

With training in History at UFF and in Theater, Jeffinho has worked on television, written professionally, and built a career as a road comic and speaker.

He is also the author of “Eu decidi enxergar,” and he tours Brazil with shows and talks that mix laughter, discomfort, and reflection.

A festival built for big reach

Humor Contra-Ataca brings together comedians who collectively reach more than 23 million followers, reflecting how comedy now dominates feeds and fills venues.

The biggest figures listed include Rafael Portugal (7.6 million), Tom Cavalcante (4 million), Luana Zucolotto (3 million), Rodrigo Marques (2.5 million), and Leandro Hassum (2.3 million).

They are joined by Nany People (1.4 million) and Paulinho Serra (651k), plus names such as Os Melhores do Mundo, Flávia Reis, Xanda Dias, Júnior Chicó, Priscila Castello Branco, Gui Albuquerque, Jeffinho Farias, Titela, Paul Cabannes, and Osvaldo Barros.
