On March 3, Badi Assad takes the stage at Clube Manouche in Rio to launch “Parte de Tudo Isso,” featuring songs by Chico César, Nando Reis, and more.
A New Album as an Act of Presence
Badi Assad brings her new album Parte de Tudo Isso to the live stage at Clube Manouche in Rio de Janeiro on March 3 at 8 PM. The concert marks the official launch of the record and is part of the celebrations for her 35-year career, taking place during Women’s Month.
The album brings together original songs written by artists of her generation: Chico César, Nando Reis, Zeca Baleiro, Zélia Duncan, Ana Costa, Moska, Adriana Calcanhotto, Ceumar, André Abujamra, Pedro Luís, and Otto. Produced by Marcus Preto and Tó Brandileone, the record affirms the song as a space for listening, connection, and invention.
Voice, Guitar, and Movement on Stage
On stage, these new songs take on body and presence. Voice, guitar, and movement blend organically, turning music into a sensory experience. The show moves between moments of silence and tenderness and others where rhythm guides the audience with lightness and pulse.
The feminine theme runs through the performance not as rhetoric, but as lived experience — in the choice of repertoire, the strength of the body on stage, and the way of inhabiting sound.
A Partnership and Special Guests
Badi shares the stage with percussionist Simone Sou, a longtime artistic partner with whom she has performed across Brazil, the United States, and Europe. Together, they also co-wrote “Feminina”, a song embraced by women’s circles across Brazil as an anthem of communion and strength.
The concert also features American composer and guitarist Kevin Callahan and Moldovan accordionist Oleg Fateev, bringing diverse cultures and sounds into the show’s universe while preserving its intimate and deeply human character.
35 Years as a Living Journey
Having toured more than 50 countries across nearly 200 tours, Badi Assad marks her 35th anniversary not as a retrospective, but as a living journey. Parte de Tudo Isso opens a new chapter — contemporary, emotional, feminine, and open to dialogue between worlds.
