On March 31, GAV Resorts unveiled its third venture in Gramado (RS), solidifying the city’s role as one of the brand’s top destinations in Brazil’s South. Designed to blend with Gramado’s alpine atmosphere and European charm, Gran Haus Resort promises an all-inclusive experience focused on leisure, wellness, and relaxation.
The resort will feature 332 spacious units, catering to couples and families alike. Planned amenities include a pool with sauna, spa, gym, cinema, game room, kids area, and multiple dining spaces. A bowling alley — still rare in local hotels — stands out as a family-friendly novelty.
Outdoor spaces like the scenic deck and reflecting pool enhance the connection to Serra Gaúcha’s nature and relaxed lifestyle, inviting visitors to slow down and enjoy every moment.
“Gran Haus Resort was designed to offer guests a full experience where comfort, leisure, and well-being merge seamlessly,” says Manoel Vicente Pereira Neto, CEO of GAV Resorts.
The new development is part of GAV Resorts’ growing investment in Gramado’s tourism-driven economy. The expansion also includes Gran Valley Resort, set to open later this year, and Gran Garden Resort, currently under construction.
