Rio Praia Box opens for Sapucaí technical rehearsals Feb 6–8, with tickets from \(R\$ 60\), live samba sets, and a prime view by the 2nd drum break.For the first time, Camarote Rio Praia is welcoming the public during the Sapucaí technical rehearsals, turning the runway into a pre-carnival warm-up. The plan blends comfort, live music, and that unmistakable feeling of watching the samba schools fine-tune every detail before the official parades.Set between sectors 8 and 10, the space sits right in front of the second drum break area. It’s a spot known for peak energy, where the bateria hits hard and the avenue’s momentum feels close enough to touch.
Lineup night by night
On Friday, February 6, the box runs from 8pm to 4am, led by Base do Samba and Samba Redentor, with guest appearances by Confraria Carioca and Grupo Ser.On Saturday, February 7, hours are 6pm to 3am. Samba do Cardosão and Quintal da Lapa host the night, joined by Samba da Alvorada and Grupo Ser.On Sunday, February 8, the party goes from 7pm to 3am, featuring Samba dos Guimarães and Samba do JB, plus Confraria Carioca and Grupo Ser.
