Warner Bros. Games recreates Batman’s 1989 museum scene with the Joker and Prince’s legendary “Partyman”.
Warner Bros. Games and DC have unveiled a new cinematic for LEGO Batman: The Legacy of the Dark Knight, paying tribute to Tim Burton’s timeless film. The short reimagines the moment when the Joker takes over Gotham City’s art museum, turning it into his chaotic gallery — now with the unmistakable charm of LEGO humor.
Set to the unmistakable beat of Prince’s “Partyman”, the scene blends nostalgia and light-hearted fun. Fans can watch the cinematic in full on Warner Play’s official channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-jWtKYR0FWc.
Developed by TT Games, the adventure takes players through Bruce Wayne’s journey to becoming the Dark Knight, merging the mythos of DC with LEGO’s playful storytelling to create the ultimate hero experience.
LEGO Batman: The Legacy of the Dark Knight is now available for pre-order on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store). Early access starts on May 26, 2026, for Deluxe Edition buyers, three days ahead of the May 29 release. Special outfits like the Golden Age Batman from 1939 will also be unlockable for eligible players with a Warner Bros. Games account.
The Nintendo Switch 2 version will have its release date announced soon, but can already be added to wish lists.
