Over 150 free spots available: Senac RJ’s new Mobile Technology School arrives in Tijuca with courses in AI, Drone, Game Design, and more.
Imagine a fully equipped classroom that travels to underserved communities. That’s the concept behind the New Mobile Technology School by Senac RJ, a state-of-the-art itinerant unit set to begin operations in the Tijuca neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro starting March 10, 2026.
The initiative aims to bridge the digital skills gap by bringing professional training directly to neighborhoods without a permanent Senac campus — and it kicks off with an impressive lineup of courses aligned with today’s job market demands.
Over 150 free spots through the PSG program
The Senac Scholarship Program (PSG) offers more than 150 tuition-free spots for individuals with a household income of up to two minimum wages. Eligible applicants must register in person at the mobile school unit, parked near Sesc Tijuca, at Rua Barão de Mesquita, 539 — on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, from 10 AM to 7 PM.

Courses featuring exclusive equipment
The curriculum includes tools not yet available at all Senac RJ locations. In the Brand Design and Visual Identity course, students will work with drawing tablets that convert hand-drawn sketches directly into digital files — empowering creativity and streamlining the design process.
The Drone Photography and Videography course covers everything from piloting techniques to video editing and aviation regulations. By the end, each student delivers a one-minute edited clip — ready to be used as a professional portfolio piece.
The unit was also designed with accessibility in mind, featuring ramps and internal configurations that support dynamic, hands-on learning methodologies for students with reduced mobility.
The New Mobile Technology School reaffirms Senac RJ’s role as an agent of social transformation, bringing professional training to regions without permanent campuses.
