The second day of Conexão Farma 2026, organized by the Brazilian Pharmaceutical Distribution Association (Abradilan), was filled with networking, business deals, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Held on Wednesday (11), the event continues to attract professionals from across the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Real engagement and team culture

Leadership expert Marcela Zaidem captivated the audience with her talk on real engagement and company culture. In her session “Real Engagement: What Makes People Stay, Perform and Grow”, she emphasized turning corporate values into visible, consistent behaviors that shape high-performing teams.

Hot topics and key insights

The Abradilan Arenas hosted discussions on digital transformation, data intelligence, and human-centered service. Curator Olegário Araújo described 2026 as a “perfect storm” year for pharma retail, with legal reforms and tech shifts happening simultaneously.

At the Conecta Farma Arena, experts Yassuki Takano and Luiz Henrique Silveira Jr discussed cyber risk management. Meanwhile, Marcelo Vienna of Rock Encantech explored how data-driven insights can expand profitability and customer loyalty.

In the Farma Trends Arena, Aide Torres focused on customer care for the 50+ audience, while Ezio Oliveira Junior outlined five pillars for pharmacy retail excellence — from smart assortment to customer experience.

Exhibitors highlight growth and networking

Exhibitors such as NeoQuímica, Farmacon, and Aché celebrated the fair’s business impact. Roberto Vertuan, CEO of Unilife, announced a unique supplement combining ten magnesium varieties, now reaching most of Latin America.

Closing celebration

The event wraps up this Thursday (12) with a special concert by Marcos & Belutti at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo, starting at 8:30 p.m. Credential pick-up closes at 5 p.m.
