Crunchy Crunchy lands on February 10 with dulce de leche gelato, milk syrup, and peanut layers built for extra crunch.
Bacio di Latte, the Italian-inspired artisanal gelateria, is introducing Crunchy Crunchy, a new gelato designed to make texture the main event. The release broadens the brand’s sensory focus by putting crunch front and center.
The recipe stacks contrasting layers in one spoonful: creamy dulce de leche gelato with generous peanut pieces, a layer of milk syrup for added depth, and an extra peanut crunch finish. The result is a “double-crunch” bite that plays against the gelato’s smooth base.
By combining creaminess, crisp bits, and a richer middle layer, the flavor aims to deliver more intensity without losing the signature gelato texture. It’s a straightforward concept, executed as a multi-texture build.
Availability and delivery
Crunchy Crunchy arrives in Bacio di Latte stores starting February 10. It will also be available through the brand’s own delivery channels (app and e-commerce) and via partners including iFood and Rappi.
