Even in the first days of 2026, Brazilians are already counting down. Carnival festivities kick off on Friday (02/13) and run through Tuesday (02/17), with parades and neighborhood blocos filling the streets in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
In the middle of a five-day sprint, breaks matter. A quick meal and a comfortable stop help keep the energy up, especially when the party rolls from daytime heat into late-night crowds.
Cabana Burger for Carnival: “farm to table” comfort
With 28 locations across SP and RJ, Cabana Burger positions its laid-back, cozy dining rooms as a practical reset before the next bloco. The chain follows a “farm to table” concept and keeps the focus on recharging fast without losing the Carnival vibe.
Tabasco collab: Burger Hot and Chicken Hot
For spice lovers, the Tabasco collaboration brings two headline sandwiches. The Burger Hot features the house brioche, a 160g beef patty, melted American Cheese Cabana, sweet bacon, breaded jalapeño, onion rings, and spicy mayo.
The Chicken Hot comes with 120g of marinated, breaded chicken breast coated in sweet chilli sauce, plus American Cheese Cabana, iceberg lettuce, pickles, and spicy mayo. You can also choose the mayo heat level: Mild (Tabasco Jalapeño Sauce), Medium (Tabasco Original Red Sauce), or Intense (Tabasco Habanero Sauce).
Heat is customizable, from Mild to Intense, so you can match the spice to your Carnival pace.
100% Wagyu lineup and refill craft sodas
There’s also a 100% Wagyu line made with certified beef. The Salad Wagyu stacks a 200g patty on the house bun with American cheese, Cabana mayo, arugula, tomato, and grilled onions. The Barbecue Wagyu pairs a 200g Wagyu burger with American Cheese Cabana, bacon, grilled onion rings, and Heinz Barbecue sauce.
Other Wagyu options include The Sweet Bacon Wagyu, The Jalapeño Wagyu, and The Cheeseburger Wagyu. To cool down, new craft sodas arrive with a refill system: Amarena Lemonade (amarena cherries, lemon juice, sparkling water), Tropical Lemonade (lemon, passion fruit, strawberries, sparkling water), and Ginger Lemonade (ginger, lemon, sparkling water).
