Casa Bauducco launches its new Italian-curated menu “Tasting is an Art,” celebrating National Italian Immigrant Day in Brazil.
After captivating customers with its iconic warm Panettone slice, Casa Bauducco is taking another step in its culinary journey. With more than 200 stores across Brazil, the chain introduces a new Italian-inspired menu in honor of National Italian Immigrant Day (February 21), strengthening its position as a premium coffeehouse brand.
The concept “Tasting is an Art,” developed by Ampfy, reinforces the brand’s commitment to modernization and premium quality. According to Elio França, Chief Business Unit D2C at Bauducco®, the launch “marks the consolidation of Casa Bauducco’s complete experience. After reimagining our spaces and visual identity in 2024, we’re now bringing that sophistication to our products — the core of our experience,” he says.
The new menu delivers a multi-sensory journey through Italian flavors. Spanning breakfast to dinner, it invites customers to slow down and appreciate every taste, transforming everyday moments into an act of pleasure and contemplation.
Highlights from the new menu
Savory highlights include Arancini (Sicilian risotto balls), Tortano, a Neapolitan bread made with natural yeast, and the light, crisp Pinsa Romana dough. The lineup also features Trapizzino, a Roman street-food style triangle pizza pocket, and Mini Savory Panettones filled with royal ham, creamy chicken, or three cheeses.
For dessert, customers can enjoy Italian classics such as Red Berry Panacotta, Tiramisù, and Sweet Crostata in red berry or pistachio versions, celebrating the textures and balance of traditional Italian pastry.
“We want every customer to feel that tasting is an act of pause and contemplation,” says Elio França.
With this new campaign, Casa Bauducco deepens its emotional connection with customers, embracing the art of tasting as a genuine expression of Italian heritage and modern hospitality.
