Menu highlights
Among the menu stars are crispy fried polenta, a symbol of Italian immigrant culinary heritage, capeletti with slow-cooked beef short rib ragu, and galeto a passarinho (fried chicken), prepared with the house’s signature seasoning. The dishes evoke Serra Gaúcha’s family tables and represent a cuisine marked by abundance, care, and flavor.
