Chef Anouk Migotto brings the flavors of São Paulo’s northern coast to the highlands of Campos do Jordão in a must-try Easter dining season.
From Lent through Easter Sunday (April 5), Casa Bambuí restaurant launches the gastronomic season “Do Mar à Mantiqueira” (From the Sea to the Mantiqueira Range) — a culinary celebration of fresh fish from São Paulo’s northern shore, brought into dialogue with the herbs, aromas, and mountain flavors of the Serra da Mantiqueira. The experience takes place inside the stunning Parque Bambuí, in Campos do Jordão, São Paulo state.
The Chef’s Pot: a new fish every week
At the heart of the season is the iconic Chef’s Pot — served in a charming copper pan — featuring a brand-new recipe each week. Chef Anouk Migotto will showcase species such as horse mackerel, wahoo, croaker, mullet, amberjack, and bluefish, all selected with a focus on seasonality and responsible sourcing.

Slow Fish: conscious eating, real flavor
The season embraces the values of the Slow Fish movement, championing artisanal fishing, marine biodiversity, and mindful consumption. Casa Bambuí reinforces its commitment to sustainability, local producers, and the preservation of regional culinary heritage.
For Chef Migotto, this is more than a special menu — it’s an invitation to experience the meeting of sea and mountain, tradition and modernity. “Celebrating the richness of the waters that unite us,” she says.
Artisanal Easter ice creams
A sweet highlight of the season: artisanal ice creams with Easter-inspired flavors. Options include chocolate; vanilla with carrot cream sauce and pink pepper macaron; crunchy with red berry coulis; and vanilla with white chocolate sauce and crispy farofa. Each week brings a new surprise.
About Parque Bambuí
Parque Bambuí — part of the Grupo Toriba — is one of Campos do Jordão’s most beloved destinations. With century-old trees, three lakes, garden sculptures, a steam train ride, and trails for hiking, horseback riding, or cycling, it offers a complete immersion in the Serra da Mantiqueira. The park is pet friendly.
