Vila Galé’s “12 Months, 12 Dishes, 12 Destinations” campaign celebrates Pernambuco in March with a traditional Bacalhau Arrumadinho.
Every month, a different destination takes center stage at Vila Galé’s hotel restaurants across Brazil. This March, the spotlight is on Pernambuco, represented by the Bacalhau Arrumadinho — a dish crafted by the group’s executive chef in Brazil, Clodoaldo Ramos, drawing on the flavors and traditions of Brazil’s Northeast.
A culinary journey through the year
The campaign “12 Months, 12 Dishes, 12 Destinations” guides guests through a year-long gastronomic tour in 2026. With properties in Portugal, Spain, Cuba, and nine Brazilian states, Vila Galé uses food as a bridge between guests and the cultural identity of each destination.
Each dish was developed to highlight local ingredients, traditional techniques, and the culinary heritage of its region. The initiative runs at the restaurants of Vila Galé Collection Sunset Cumbuco (CE), Vila Galé Collection Amazônia (PA), Vila Galé Collection Ouro Preto (MG), Vila Galé Paulista (SP), Vila Galé Fortaleza (CE), Vila Galé Salvador (BA), and Vila Galé Rio de Janeiro (RJ) — all open to the general public.
