After debuting to 2 million fans at Pabllo’s Carnival block, NMIXX and Pabllo Vittar drop “TIC TIC”, a multilanguage hit blending drift phonk and Brazilian beats.
The São Paulo Carnival just became part of K-pop history. Officially released on February 26, “TIC TIC” merges the creative forces of NMIXX and Pabllo Vittar in a daring mix of K-pop, drift phonk, and Latin flair. First unveiled to a massive crowd during Carnival, it’s now hailed as the biggest cultural crossover between South Korea and Brazil.
Under the motto “From Seoul to Brazil”, the trilingual song moves seamlessly among English, Korean, and Portuguese, using the ticking clock as a metaphor for the modern urge to live in the moment. Its industrial aesthetics and Carnival energy embody the essence of MIXX POP, the genre NMIXX continues to innovate.
“I was so happy to collaborate with Pabllo again! This time, I also took part in writing the lyrics, which makes the song even more special,” said LILY from NMIXX.
The members celebrated the track as a symbol of connection between fans and cultures. HAEWON shared it’s about “finding joy even in our fast-paced lives,” while Pabllo Vittar praised the partnership: “We shot a music video in São Paulo and on my Carnival trio truck — it’s incredible! I’m so happy with this collab and already feel like an idol.”
With its infectious rhythm and bold choreography, “TIC TIC” is set to dominate global charts and dance floors, proving once again that rhythm speaks every language.
