Free festival on Ipanema Beach blends Bossa Nova music, sports and sustainability from Jan 23-25, featuring Seu Jorge, Daniel Jobim and more attractions.

Tribute to Bossa Nova on Ipanema Sands

The Rio Bossa Nossa, presented by Claro, returns for its fourth edition to honor the genre born in Rio over 70 years ago. Held on Ipanema Beach sands, it mixes iconic shows with outdoor activities.Stars like Leila Pinheiro and Marcos Valle take the stage. Special pairings feature Leo Jaime with Ricardo Leão, Maria Gadú with Mônica Salmaso and Joyce, plus Roberto Menescal with Theo Bial and Cris Delanno. On January 25, Seu Jorge and Daniel Jobim close with Tom Jobim tributes.

Emerson Martins, the project’s creator, emphasizes blending music, sports and social actions. Curated with Pretinho da Serrinha, it includes percussion workshops for local kids.

Daytime Program and Sustainability

Daytime offers yoga, gym classes, beach tennis and footvolley. Sustainability focuses on waste management, carbon offsetting and reusable cups.Accessibility features ramps, Libras interpretation and RIOinclui partnership. Claro, the main sponsor, provides 5G and exclusive activations.
