Two championship bouts top the card

UFC 327: Procházka vs. Ulberg takes place this Saturday, April 11, live from the Kaseya Center in Miami, streaming exclusively on Paramount+. Prelims start at 6 PM ET and the main card at 10 PM ET.

The main event pits former champion Jiří Procházka (ranked No. 2) against New Zealand’s Carlos Ulberg (ranked No. 3) for the vacant light heavyweight title. It’s a clash between two of the most dangerous strikers in the division.

In the co-main event, flyweight champion Joshua Van of Myanmar puts his belt on the line against Japan’s Tatsuro Taira, ranked third in the world, in what promises to be one of the most technical fights of the night.

Brazil sends four fighters

Brazil is well represented at UFC 327 with four athletes at key points in their careers. Vicente Luque opens the night against former title contender Kelvin Gastelum at welterweight.

The prelim highlight belongs to Paulo “Borrachinha” Costa, who makes his light heavyweight debut against undefeated Russian Azamat Murzakanov. The move up in weight is one of the most anticipated storylines of the event.

Also on the prelims, MMA legend Patrício “Pitbull” Freire takes on American Aaron Pico at featherweight. On the main card, Johnny Walker faces Dominick Reyes in a ranking battle at 205 pounds.
