A Tribute Thirty Years in the Making
From April 16 to 18, La Mamounia pays homage to Paul Bocuse (1926–2018), the defining figure of French gastronomy. The tribute echoes a legendary moment: in 1996, the hotel hosted Bocuse’s 70th birthday celebration. Three decades later, that memory returns to the dining room.The dinners will be led by Gilles Reinhardt, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and head chef of the Restaurant Paul Bocuse in Lyon, holder of two Michelin stars. World-Class Wellness Residencies
Between April 15 and May 21, La Mamounia’s spa welcomes three internationally acclaimed specialists. Renowned hairstylist David Mallett, a fixture at the world’s leading fashion weeks, will be in residence from April 15 to 17. In May, therapist Martine de Richeville (May 14–15), known for her body sculpting techniques, and facialist Jeanne Casimir (May 20–21) will follow.Easter by Pierre Hermé
The Easter program revolves around the Ludique collection, designed by Pierre Hermé exclusively for the hotel’s boutique. Inspired by the world of games and themed around Playfulness, the line features chocolates referencing chess and darts.From March 30 to April 5, the Salon de Thé by Pierre Hermé and the Menzeh space offer themed afternoon teas, including the Ispahan mocktail, champagne variations and alcohol-free drinks.Art You Can Touch
Starting April 5, six works by French artist Elisabeth Busson will be installed throughout the hotel’s common areas. The pieces belong to her Haptilism series — a technique using relief on acrylic to create tactile surfaces drawing from stained glass traditions and handcraft. In a world dominated by screens, the exhibition invites guests to rediscover the sensory experience of touch.A Palace Built for the Long Game
Founded in 1923, La Mamounia sits on eight hectares of historic gardens near the Medina of Marrakech, planted with rose bushes, olive trees, palms and orange trees. In 2023, designers Sanjit Manku and Patrick Jouin led a major renovation that refreshed common areas and restaurants while preserving the property’s architectural soul.The hotel offers 135 rooms and suites, three pools, tennis courts, a game room and a 2,500 m² spa with traditional hammams. Its restaurant lineup spans Moroccan, Italian and Asian cuisines, plus a dedicated pâtisserie.
