Roteiros de Charme adds seven hotels across Brazil and unveils its renewed 2026 Guide with a new classification format.
After a year of rebranding and new strategic partnerships, the Roteiros de Charme Hotel Association announced seven new members joining the Roteiros de Charme Hotels Guide 2026. The announcement took place during the Annual General Assembly, held from October 27 to 29 at Pousada Rabo do Lagarto, in Domingos Martins (ES).
“Our members stand out for their attention to detail and warm hospitality, offering unique and sustainable experiences,” said Roberto Fuzetti, the association’s president.
The new hotels reflect Brazil’s hospitality diversity. There are three in the Northeast: Pontal dos Carneiros Bungalows (PE), Pousada Antonella (BA), and Rancharia Charme Beach (MA); one in the Midwest: Dádiva Hotel Boutique (GO); and three in the Southeast: Hiu Hotel (SP), Hotel Boutique Maui Maresias (SP), and Hotel SPA Nau Royal (SP).
New format for the 2026 Guide
The guide, printed in 30,000 copies, now features a new classification system that replaces the traditional “precious stones” scale. Properties are now grouped by style and region: beach, countryside, mountain, historic site, eco retreat, and spa.
Produced in partnership with Editora Europa, the 2026 Guide also includes English and Spanish summaries and a testimonial from Marcelo Freixo, president of Embratur, who highlighted the association’s relevance to Brazilian tourism.
“Roteiros de Charme hotels and inns are a true reflection of Brazil’s culture, cuisine, and hospitality,” said Freixo.
Redefining luxury through sustainability
According to Monica Borobia, Environmental Director of the association, the new guide mirrors a shift in the concept of luxury. “Conscious tourism is redefining luxury through experiences that combine well-being, authenticity, and environmental responsibility. The new luxury is traveling with awareness,” she stated.
With the arrival of new members, the network now brings together 72 inns and eco retreats in 17 Brazilian states, reaffirming its mission to promote sustainable and high-quality tourism.
