The standout creation is the Costa do Cacau drink, made with fresh cacao pulp, honey, and coconut water — served inside the cacao fruit itself. It’s a sensory experience that connects guests directly to the region’s most iconic ingredient.
Another highlight blends watermelon, lemon, mint, ginger, and sparkling water into a hydrating, anti-inflammatory mix that’s perfect for cooling down after a morning on the beach.
For an energy boost, the combination of pineapple, tangerine, passion fruit, coconut water, and basil delivers vitamins and antioxidants in a single vibrant glass. A blend of cacao honey, basil, ginger, lemon, and sparkling water rounds out the menu with immune-boosting properties.

Fresh coconut water, served directly in the coconut shell, is available as a classic, electrolyte-rich option. A lemongrass version adds aromatic notes with digestive and relaxing effects.
