On International Women’s Day, Paula Prandini and Ariani Malouf host a Lebanese-themed brunch at Casa Firjan celebrating female chefs.Chef Paula Prandini welcomes Ariani Malouf on March 8 for a special edition of Brunch no Jardim, marking the 12th anniversary of Empório Jardim. This series of gastronomic encounters, launched in 2025, honors women chefs whose creativity turns breakfast into cultural experiences filled with personal stories.The event features a generous Lebanese Brunch, served buffet-style at 12 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., inspired by Malouf’s Lebanese roots and her acclaimed restaurant Mahalo in Cuiabá. Dishes include classic mezze such as kibbeh nayyeh, hummus, labneh, and slow-cooked lamb with apricot compote, alongside desserts by Paula Prandini.
“I’m passionate about breakfasts and brunches—this project is a way to share that passion with chefs I admire,” says Paula Prandini.
Previous editions have featured renowned chefs like Ana Bueno (Paraty), Lisiane Arouca (Salvador), and Claudia Krauspenhar (Curitiba), highlighting the talent and diversity of women in Brazilian cuisine.
